Regency Fireplace Products Recognized with Multiple Awards for HR and Safety Excellence

The Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association (HPBA) is pleased to share that HPBA member Regency Fireplace Products (FPI) recently received five top honors across Human Resources and Workplace Safety. 

FPI was named an Excellence Awardee in three categories at the 2025 Canadian HR Awards and received two top safety awards from the Manufacturing Safety Alliance of BC

Human Resources and People & Culture Recognition 

Regency received the following recognition at the 2025 Canadian HR Awards: 

  • Canadian HR Team of the Year (Fewer Than 500 Employees) Excellence Awardee: Recognized for overall team performance. 
  • Woman of Distinction Excellence Awardee: Awarded to Kristen Stinson, Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer. 
  • Canadian HR Rising Star of the Year Excellence Awardee: Awarded to Charles Riegel, People & Culture Manager. 

Workplace Safety Honors 

Regency received two awards from the Manufacturing Safety Alliance of BC (MSABC): 

  • Topaz Award: Recognizes successful implementation of a health and safety system meeting the highest standards of the Occupational Safety Standard of Excellence (OSSE). 
  • Sapphire Award: Celebrates organizations demonstrating long-term dedication and leadership in maintaining safe and healthy workplaces.
