Ray Murray Inc. (RMI), a family-owned distributor of propane equipment and outdoor living products, has acquired the assets of Teeco Products Inc., a Western U.S. propane equipment supplier with locations in California, Washington, and South Dakota.

Following the acquisition, RMI will continue to operate under the Teeco brand, maintaining all existing locations, with Jay Stephens remaining as President. The acquisition is effective immediately.
