Tools for Teams & Leaders: Part 2

Last month, HPBA President & CEO Jill McClure, CAE, led us through practical tools for navigating teams, leadership, communication, and the workplace. This month, we’re taking those tools and putting them into practice.
We’ll start with a brief overview of the tools from September, both as a refresher for those who attended and an introduction for anyone joining us for the first time. Then, we’ll spend most of our time practicing the tools, talking through real workplace situations, and learning from each other.
You might be working through a difficult conversation, figuring out how to give or receive feedback, trying to communicate more effectively with your team, or simply looking for a better way to handle a situation at work. This session is an opportunity to try out the tools and talk through how they can apply to your everyday work.
You do not need to have attended the September session to participate.
This session is for every woman in the industry: if you manage a team, if you work on one, if you are six months into your first job and wondering how anyone gets taken seriously… This session is for all of you.
When you RSVP, you can share a situation you are working through, and we may use actual issues during the session. Anonymity is honored for anyone who wants it, and there is nothing you need to bring except your willingness to play along!
This will be a live, interactive event. Recordings will not be shared, allowing for a vibrant space for discussion where attendees can share openly and comfortably.
