You, our HPBA members, shared that the intentional space to connect with other women in our industry is powerful and needed, yet structured mentorship commitments can be hard to maintain.

We’re honoring that feedback with some changes to the program. The HPBA Women’s Industry Network (WIN) prioritizes authentic connection, peer-to-peer learning, and programming shaped by your ideas and real-world experience.
