Come Early for Education Day
Wednesday, March 3, is Education Day at HPBExpo27. Sharpen your skills and expand your expertise with a full day of education sessions before the exhibit hall opens. The day will also feature manufacturer training, Retailer Roundtables, certification opportunities, and evening receptions hosted by HPBA affiliates and HPBAC. The exhibit hall and show-floor education sessions open Thursday, March 4, but there’s plenty to experience before then.

Nashville is a popular destination, and downtown hotels can fill quickly during major events. The official hotel block is available through February 1, 2027, but the closest and most convenient properties are likely to go first. If your company sells products or services to the hearth, barbecue, or outdoor living industries, now is the time to get on the HPBExpo27 show floor. Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and Early Bird exhibit rates end September 30, 2026. HPBA members receive preferred exhibit pricing, with Early Bird rates starting at $35 per square foot for indoor inline space.
