HPBExpo26 brings a full schedule of Manufacturer Training Sessions that give attendees the chance to learn directly from participating companies offering specialized training.
From Wednesday, March 18, through Saturday, March 21, these two-hour sessions are designed to share brand-specific information that manufacturers believe is most valuable for their customers. Topics often include early looks at new products, installation techniques that improve efficiency, service, and troubleshooting guidance, and practical sales insights. Each training block also allows attendees to ask questions and connect with the experts who know the products best.
Some are open to all attendees, while others are by invitation only. Sessions currently include Dimplex Electric Fireplaces, Empire Comfort Systems, HearthStone and HearthStone Outdoor, HPC Fire Inspired, ICC-RSF, Kozy Heat Fireplaces, Mendota Hearth and NetZero Fire, Ortal, and Travis Industries (Invite Only).
Several sessions will introduce new products and features, while others will focus on installation efficiencies and service training to support more consistent field performance. These sessions provide focused, brand-specific education that helps retailers, installers, and technicians gain practical skills they can use immediately.
Manufacturer Training Sessions are included with HPBExpo26 registration. Additional details, including room locations and added sessions, will continue to be posted as the event approaches.
