HPBA Women’s Industry Network Virtual Event

AutoCorrect: Reframing the Inner Dialogue
Wednesday, June 17 | 2 PM ET
Presenter: Kimberly Stuteville, Vice President of Sales – US | Latin America at Napoleon

This conversation explores the power of “AutoCorrect” for the mind or the simple but powerful practice of recognizing and immediately reframing negative self-talk into grounded, truthful, and empowering thoughts. Rooted in mindfulness-based awareness, “autocorrect”  invites women to become conscious observers of their inner dialogue and active participants in reshaping it. By consistently interrupting limiting narratives and replacing them with affirming truths, we can begin to rewire our thinking and build new, more supportive neuro pathways. The result is greater confidence, resilience, and a more intentional relationship with ourselves, one thought at a time.

Kimberly Stuteville is Vice President of Sales for the U.S. and Latin America at Napoleon, where she has spent 14 years helping grow the premium grill, hearth, and HVAC brand into one of the fastest-growing names in the industry. Prior to Napoleon, she held leadership roles with AT&T, LG, and Whirlpool. Kimberly earned degrees in finance and organizational development and is passionate about leadership, mentorship, cooking, grilling, and spending time with her family.

This will be a live, interactive event. Recordings will not be shared, allowing for a vibrant space for discussion where attendees can share openly and comfortably.
