You take the task on yourself because asking would take longer. You replay the meeting afterward, wondering how you came across. By the time you get home, your energy is drained.
Jill McClure will teach the specific tools & practices to help stop that drain. You will learn where your energy is going and how to get it back, how to say the hard thing in a way that lands, and what to do with the voice that has you second-guessing what’s okay to say out loud.
Leadership here is a state of mind, not a title.
This session is for every woman in the industry: if you manage a team, if you work on one, if you are six months into your first job and wondering how anyone gets taken seriously.
During the webinar, we will do some hands-on practice with the tools.
When you RSVP, you can share a situation you are working through and we will use some actual issues during the session. Anonymity is honored for anyone who wants it, and there is nothing you need to bring except your willingness to play along!
This will be a live, interactive event. Recordings will not be shared, allowing for a vibrant space for discussion where attendees can share openly and comfortably.

Speaker Bio
Jill McClure is President & CEO of the Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association (HPBA), representing North America’s hearth, barbecue, and outdoor living industries.
She has held executive roles across retail, oil and gas, education, and consulting sectors, including leading the nation’s largest and longest-running natural gas conference. A former Fortune 500 consultant, Jill also taught marketing and convention management as an adjunct professor in Austin. She is a Certified Association Executive and was named an Association Innovator by Associations Now magazine.
Jill holds a graduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and lives near Washington, D.C., where she enjoys being a mom to two teenagers and three rescue dogs.
