Melissa Womack is known for her straight talk, kindness, and being an active voice and leader in the industry. As Founder of CDR Fireplaces and Vesta Hearth Academy in Texas, she brings 25+ years of field experience and a background in fire suppression. A Master Hearth Professional and certified F.I.R.E. Inspector, Melissa is passionate about raising standards through education and mentorship. Active on industry boards and a 2025 GALA participant, she is committed to inspiring and elevating the next generation of industry leaders.
