SUMMARY:UL Solid-Fuel Insert Standards- What You Need to Know
DESCRIPTION:This session is aimed at installers and retailers regarding the new UL/ULC standards covering solid-fuel inserts installed into masonry fireplaces (UL/ULC 1390) and factory-built fireplaces (UL/ULC 1391).  \nThe session will cover a brief history of the new standards\, the need for their development\, how the changes affect other standards related to inserts\, and what the new requirements mean for installers and retailers as new products become listed to these standards.
